Job Title: HR Business Partner
Location: REMOTE, must be willing to work EST/CST business hours
Duration: 3-6 months w/ possible extensions
Must have experience/skills:
* Workday HRIS
* Fortune 250/500 company
* Supporting high volume employee population: 3000+ population
* Experience supporting customer service/call center function HIGHLY preferred
Ideal candidate will have:
• Bachelor’s degree OR in lieu of degree a high school diploma and 9+ years of HR related experience
• 5 + years of increasing HR Generalist experience in Human Resources
• Experience supporting a geographically diverse client group
• Experience working with both hourly and salaried populations preferred
• Demonstrated strength in employee relations, coaching and conflict resolution
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Job description:
The Synchrony HR team is seeking a temporary HR Business Partner for 3-6 months. This assignment will play a key role in supporting senior leaders within the Global Service Delivery team as an HRBP.
Essential Responsibilities each week will include:
• Provide HR Business partner support for specialized business units such as Fraud, Security, Strategy & Transformation, and Consumer Deposits (Bank)
• Consult on matters along the entire spectrum of the employee lifecycle from hire to exits (strategy to tactics)
• Support management in their effectiveness at navigating difficult conversations through performance coaching
• Manage employee relations concerns/escalated issues within the Operations functions.
• Partner with our HR Advocate team to ensure our workforce gets prompt responses to their inquiries, while also helping our management community become well versed on common employee inquiries that they can help field
• Support other HR projects or initiatives as assigned
