MANAGER'S NOTES:

• Bachelor's degree required; major in computer science field preferred.
• Six (6) years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Experience in multi-line claims management or case management processes and system requirements is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of third-party administration/claims management business and technology
• SQL knowledge is strongly preferred
• DevOps management is preferred
• A basic understanding of code is strongly preferred
• PC literate, including Microsoft Office products including Visio
• A basic understanding of Figma is preferred
• Analytical and interpretive skills
• Strong organizational skills
